– Understanding pump curves: Learn to read and interpret gpm and differential pressure effectively.

– Selection parameters: Discuss the importance of head calculation and how to select the pump on the curve. Review the relevance of the net positive suction head (NPSH) to pump performance.

– The significance of variable speed: Explore why variable speed technology is crucial for energy savings.

– Using Taco software for pump selection: What makes a good selection?

– Determining the point of operation: Use delta P gauge readings from the 1900 test stand to establish the operational point.
